This document constitutes a binding agreement between Final Frontier Astronomy (hereinafter: “The Company” or “Ori Stars”) and the User/Client. Use of this website, including the purchase of activities and services, constitutes your full consent to everything stated in these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the website.
Terms of Use and Purchase
The website is used for purchasing activities such as: stargazing, astronomy lectures, and occasionally outdoor activities offered by additional providers (Jeep tours, rappelling, outdoor meals, etc.).
Final Frontier Astronomy provides the stargazing services directly. For all other services, The Company acts solely as an agent.
Purchasing is permitted only for individuals aged 18 and over, possessing a valid email address and a valid credit card.
Completion of the transaction is conditional upon approval by the credit card company.
All prices include VAT as required by law, unless stated otherwise.
Purchase Procedure
The website displays a list of activities/products with detailed descriptions and pre-determined pricing. Sales are subject to availability.
After adding a product to the “Shopping Cart,” you must complete the order details and personal information.
The purchase is considered complete only after receiving approval from the credit card company and finalizing the process on the website.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, leisure services cannot typically be cancelled within 7 business days of the activity. However, The Company offers a more flexible cancellation policy than the legal minimum:
Up to 1 week before the activity: Full refund.
Between 1 week and 48 hours before the activity: 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before the activity: No refund.
Cancellations due to security situations or Force Majeure: Full refund.
Refunds will be processed minus a cancellation fee as permitted by law (up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower). Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email directly to The Company.
Force Majeure
In the event of an unforeseen event (Force Majeure), including war, hostilities, terrorism, emergency situations, strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters – The Company will not be held liable for the non-performance of the activity but will provide the client with a full monetary refund.
Cancellation or Change by The Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel a transaction if an error occurred in the price or service details, in cases of Force Majeure (extreme weather, natural damages, etc.), or if the service cannot be provided due to reasons beyond its control. In such a case, the client will be notified and offered a full refund or an equivalent alternative service.
General Liability
Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused to the client or a third party resulting from the use of the website or participation in activities, unless such liability exists by law.
All content on the website (design, graphics, text, logo, trademarks) is protected by copyright and may not be used without prior written permission from The Company.

Jurisdiction
It is agreed that any dispute or claim regarding the use of the website or participation in an activity shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Eilat only.
